I put pineapple into everything these days (even soup!) so it should come as no surprise that I’ve thrown them into spring rolls. What is surprising, however, is just how phenomenal these Pineapple and Tofu Fresh Spring Rolls are!

They’re super easy to make, healthy, and you can even make a Pineapple Sweet Chilli Sauce at home in just ten minutes. Way better than the stuff that comes in a bottle!
